Securing paper is a thing of the past.
Security guards are responsible for protecting life and property at the client site. They are required to know company policies, post orders, and SOPs backwards and forwards. These highly confidential documents are normally printed and stored in binders under lock and key at the client site and regional office.
With STC CDS, critical documents are stored in the cloud, on the Security Training Center® Learning Management System (LMS). The STC LMS is secured by SSL and supports large-screen mobile devices. This means that staff have secure, remote access to their important documents from workstation computers or even their mobile phones. The entire library of assigned post orders, SOPs, and policy documents are kept secured, yet are just a few clicks away no matter where the guard may be.
Ensuring Compliance
With STC CDS, there is a permanent record of which staff are, or are not, in reading compliance. This is a common practice in Fortune 500 companies that must maintain strict regulatory compliance records. Managers can easily identify non-compliant staff and encourage them to return to compliance. In the past, this type of system was only available to Fortune 500 companies. Access Control
The company's management team has control over document assignments. This limits access to only those who are authorized. Privileges and access can be revoked with a simple administrator request.
Affordable Pricing
There is a one-time fee of $100 per document to upload, store, and create the certification module. There is no charge for individual assignments.
Document replacement fee (version update) is $100.
